Provider and scope

These terms apply to website creation and related digital services supplied by ECOM INVESTISSEMENT LLC, trading as Ecom Invest, Delaware file number 5095384, business address 2093 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, Delaware 19703, United States.

The advertised website offer is intended for entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals, companies and organisations purchasing for professional purposes. A customer purchasing mainly as a consumer must tell Ecom Invest before ordering. Any mandatory consumer protection that legally applies remains unaffected.

Order and formation of the contract

The customer orders the €499 website offer, completes the one-time payment through Stripe and then submits the guided project brief. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed and accepted by Ecom Invest. Ecom Invest may request clarification or decline a project that is unlawful, misleading, technically unsuitable or outside the advertised scope. In that case, an unstarted order is refunded.

The customer must provide accurate business details and use the same email address for payment and the project brief. The order confirmation, these terms, the brief and any written quote together form the agreement.

The €499 website offer

The final structure is based on the customer's brief, the content supplied and the scope shown on the sales page. Unless a written quote says otherwise, the base offer covers a professional presentation website and not a custom e-commerce platform, booking engine, member area or complex web application.

The domain name is purchased separately by the customer in the customer's own name. Ecom Invest guides the customer through purchase and connection.

Optional services and scope changes

Logo creation, additional pages, extra languages, copywriting, image selection, local SEO, advanced forms, extra corrections and other extensions are optional. The brief can be used to request them, but selecting an option in the brief does not create an automatic charge.

Ecom Invest reviews the request and sends a separate price and Stripe payment link. Optional work begins only after the customer approves the scope and completes the additional payment. Any request outside the agreed scope can change the price and delivery date.

Customer materials, production and delivery

The customer supplies the information needed to create the website, including business details, services, public contact information, texts, photos, logo files and desired visual direction. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of those materials.

The target of 48 business hours concerns the first version. It starts only after confirmed payment and receipt of a complete, usable brief with all necessary materials. Missing content, late replies, complex requests, extra pages, translations or third-party technical access pause or extend the timetable.

Ecom Invest may use suitable licensed placeholder or stock media when the customer has selected or approved that service. Delivery is made through the private project area, a preview link, email or another agreed channel.

Corrections, approval and publication

One consolidated correction round is included. The customer should submit clear feedback in one response. A correction means an adjustment within the agreed design and content scope. A new direction, new page, new functionality or repeated changes can be quoted separately.

The customer should review the preview carefully, including spelling, prices, contact details, links and legal content. Written approval authorises publication. If the customer does not respond after reasonable reminders, the project schedule is paused. Publication does not transfer responsibility for the customer's own claims, offers, prices or supplied content.

Before final approval and before any publication or transfer, the customer may decide not to continue after the included revision round. Ecom Invest then refunds the €499 actually received. After a refund, no file, usage right, transfer or publication is provided and the preview may not be used. This voluntary guarantee ends on final approval, publication or transfer, whichever occurs first, and does not cover third-party purchases or separately ordered optional services.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are displayed in euros. Invoicing is established according to the customer's applicable tax situation, and the amount due is shown before confirmation. Card data and other full payment credentials are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Ecom Invest.

Work begins after successful payment. Subject to the voluntary pre-launch guarantee in section 06 and any mandatory law, payments covering custom work already started, completed milestones or purchased third-party items are not refundable. If Ecom Invest cannot deliver an unstarted order, the corresponding payment is refunded.

Hosting, maintenance and additional services

The €499 offer is a one-time website-creation payment and does not include an Ecom Invest subscription. The domain name, ongoing hosting, maintenance and later content changes are not automatically charged as part of this order.

If the customer later asks Ecom Invest to provide an additional or ongoing service, its scope, price, duration and cancellation rules are confirmed separately in writing before any charge or work begins.

Content, licences and intellectual property

The customer confirms that it owns or is authorised to use all submitted names, trademarks, texts, photos, logos and documents. The customer is responsible for claims arising from unauthorised or unlawful content.

After full payment of the website offer, the customer receives the right to use the delivered website for its business. Deliverable files can be supplied or installed in the customer's environment as agreed. Ecom Invest retains its reusable methods, know-how, templates, generic components and pre-existing materials. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences. The customer's domain name and customer-supplied content remain the customer's property.

Technical service and liability

Ecom Invest provides the services with reasonable professional care. Compatibility is targeted for current mainstream browsers and common mobile and desktop screens. Temporary interruptions can occur because of maintenance, security work, domain settings or third-party infrastructure.

No result in sales, enquiries, search ranking, advertising performance or revenue is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Ecom Invest is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of data caused by the customer, third-party outages or unlawful customer content. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim during the preceding six months, except where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.

Completion and termination

The Launch Plan ends after delivery of the agreed work. It creates no recurring Ecom Invest payment. Any separately ordered ongoing service is governed by the written scope and cancellation rules accepted for that service.

Either party may terminate for a serious breach that is not corrected within a reasonable written notice period. Ecom Invest may act immediately where continued service would be unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent or harmful.

Data, force majeure, disputes and changes

Project and contact data is handled in accordance with the Privacy and Cookie Policy. Confidential project materials are used only to process and deliver the requested services, subject to technical providers required for delivery.

Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events reasonably beyond its control, provided it informs the other party and resumes performance as soon as practical.

The parties first seek an amicable solution by email. Applicable law and the competent forum are determined by the circumstances of the contract and mandatory rules. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Ecom Invest may update these terms for future orders. The version accepted at the time of an order remains available on request.
