What we collect
We process the information you voluntarily submit through our contact and website brief forms so that we can answer your request, prepare your website and provide the requested services. Uploaded client files are stored in a protected area for up to 60 days.
Necessary storage
We store your language and cookie choice so the website can remember your preferences. The cookie preference is retained for up to six months and is necessary to respect your decision.
Anonymous internal landing-page count
When the website-offer page loads, Ecom Invest increments an internal statistical counter to measure real arrivals from its campaigns. This counter sets no cookie, creates no visitor identifier and stores neither the IP address, browser details nor form contents. Only the date, page, language, device category and UTM source, campaign and creative labels are retained as aggregated totals.
These statistics are used exclusively by Ecom Invest to measure the audience of its own website and identify navigation problems. They are not matched with personal data or shared with advertising platforms. Aggregates are retained for no more than 25 months.
Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics 4: optional audience measurement
Only after you accept audience measurement, Microsoft Clarity may recreate interactions with the website as session replays, including clicks, scrolling, navigation and technical errors, and generate heatmaps. These replays are not videos of your screen. Values entered in form fields are masked and are not sent to Clarity.
We use this information to identify drop-offs and usability problems and improve the website. Microsoft may process technical and pseudonymous data such as the visited URL, browser, device and IP address. Standard recordings are retained for 30 days. Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-WEPR1Z9T8T) may also measure page views, traffic sources and business events such as viewing an offer, starting checkout, sending a request or completing a verified purchase. Google Ireland Limited may process technical and pseudonymous data for audience measurement. We do not send form contents or uploaded files. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Ecom Invest Pulse: optional internal alert
After you accept audience measurement, an active visit lasting at least 15 seconds on an offer page may trigger an internal alert. It includes only the page, language, device category and UTM campaign parameters. Your name, email address, phone number and form content are not included. A daily hash of the network address is retained temporarily to prevent duplicates and abuse, then is no longer used after 30 minutes.
Meta Pixel: optional marketing
Only after you accept marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel (dataset ID 2759089094468515) may process page visits and business events such as viewing the website offer, starting checkout, sending a lead or completing a purchase. It may process technical information such as the page URL, browser, device and IP address. We do not send the content of your forms or uploaded files to Meta.
The purpose is to measure the effectiveness of our organic and paid marketing, build relevant audiences and improve advertising. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited may act as a recipient. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.
TikTok Pixel: optional marketing
Only after you accept marketing cookies, the TikTok Pixel (ID DA27HTBC77UE58FDHOM0) may measure page visits and business events such as viewing an offer, starting checkout, sending a request, completing the client brief or completing a verified purchase. TikTok may receive technical and pseudonymous data such as the page URL, browser, device, IP address and cookie identifiers. Automatic advanced matching is disabled, and we do not send form contents, email addresses, phone numbers or uploaded files.

Your choice and rights
You may accept or refuse audience measurement and advertising cookies separately without losing access to the website. Use the “Cookie settings” button at any time to change or withdraw your consent. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Ecom Invest does not receive or store your complete card details. Stripe’s own privacy terms apply to its payment pages.
